Application Process
At Frank and Phill, in partnership with ESHDC, we have simplified the land acquisition process to ensure it is clear, secure, and efficient. Follow these three easy steps to secure your plot.
STEP 1
Application Form
This is the first step towards securing your property.

Obtain the Form
Request an application form from our office or download it from our website.

Submit
Return the completed form to our office or upload on our website along with the required identification documents (e.g., National ID, Passport, or Driver's License)
STEP 2
Land Approval and Payment
This is the first step towards securing your property.

Verification
Your application is reviewed for completeness and forwarded to ESHDC for official verification.

Payment
Make payment to the designated government account provided in the Offer Letter. We offer flexible payment plans for certain estates to accommodate your financial needs.
03.

STEP 3
Land Allocation and Documentation
This is the final step where you become a landowner.
01.
Confirmation of Payment
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an official Receipt of Payment.
02.
Physical Allocation
We will schedule a site visit with you for the physical allocation of your plot(s). You will be shown the exact location and boundaries of your land.
03.
Documentation
You will be issued all necessary legal documents, including the Deed of Assignment and the Survey Plan, officially prepared and signed by the Enugu State Housing Development Corporation. Congratulations, you are now a proud landowner!
