Obtain the Form: Request an application form from our office or download it from our website.
Complete the Form: Fill out the application form with your accurate personal details and indicate your preferred estate and plot choice.
Submit: Return the completed form to our office along with the required identification documents (e.g., National ID, Passport, or Driver's License).
Land Approval and Payment
Verification: Your application is reviewed for completeness and forwarded to ESHDC for official verification.
Offer Letter: Upon successful verification, you will receive an official Offer Letter detailing the plot specifics and the total amount payable.
Payment: Make payment to the designated government account provided in the Offer Letter. We offer flexible payment plans for certain estates to accommodate your financial needs.
Land Allocation and Documentation
Confirmation of Payment: Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an official Receipt of Payment.
Physical Allocation: We will schedule a site visit with you for the physical allocation of your plot(s). You will be shown the exact location and boundaries of your land.
Documentation: You will be issued all necessary legal documents, including the Deed of Assignment and the Survey Plan, officially prepared and signed by the Enugu State Housing Development Corporation. Congratulations, you are now a proud landowner!
